All donations are non-refundable. An e-receipt will also be issued. If you have made an error in your donation, please contact accounts@hfg.org.sg within 10 working days from the date of your donation. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to apply a fee for the refund before it is effected.
